Meet the team

Chau is a Ph.D.-trained researcher in Energy and Chemical Engineering at UNIST, with experience in microbial engineering, enzyme production, protein purification, enzyme activity assays, GC-based analysis, adaptive laboratory evolution, and omics-supported interpretation.

Korenzyme is currently founder-led. The next team-building priorities are business development, IP/regulatory strategy, and pilot-scale bioprocess support.
